The Western Sydney Academy of Sport’s Softball Program offers high-performance training for talented young athletes in the Western Sydney region. In collaboration with Softball NSW, the program focuses on technical skills, education, and personal development, equipping athletes for higher levels of elite sport representation.

The Academy Program includes specific skill components, testing, and reporting procedures established by Softball NSW. Alongside competition opportunities, these elements help athletes advance in the softball development pathway.

Its objective is to prepare athletes for progression to higher levels of individual performance and achievement, including selection into Junior State and National squads.
